World-Class Commitment

Atlas' commitment to excellence helps insure our customer's satisfaction. The World-Class Commitment program evaluates our agencies in 12 categories that most impact the quality of service our customers receive, for example, customer satisfaction, estimating accuracy, and claims experience.

Agencies are also physically inspected by a quality inspector from Atlas. Any agency not meeting Atlas' quality standards may be canceled, if corrective measures are not taken immediately. Trained resource people are available to facilitate improvement. Our standards continue to be raised, thereby improving the level of service to our customers.

The World-Class Commitment program is keeping us — and that's all of us, from agency personnel and corporate staff to owner/operators — on the straight and narrow road to total customer satisfaction.
